Can I buy just one session?
I truly believe in the power of connection, which is why I offer my sessions in packages of 3 and 6. This way, we can journey together and build a meaningful rapport. I also require a connection session for all clients to ensure we’re the perfect fit for each other. Your comfort and trust are my top priorities!
How long is a session?
Both Flourish and Evolve sessions are 60 minutes long, while Thrive sessions are 30 minutes long. All sessions are held via Google Meet, allowing us to connect comfortably from wherever you are!

What is the difference between flourish and Evolve?
Flourish is a 6 session therapy program with structure, in-between session support, and additional material that comes with each session. Evolve is individualized holistic therapy offered in packages of 3 or 6.

I’ve done therapy before and it didn’t help. Why would Flourish help me?
I hear you - it’s so frustrating when you’ve worked hard at your mental health without seeing the results you want. And actually, this is exactly why I created the Flourish program. I saw the need for a therapeutic option that integrated traditional psychology with somatic (body) techniques. Because psychological theory and talk therapy can only get you so far. It’s when you apply full-body changes to your daily life that real results can begin. I’m always happy to chat about your specific situation on a free discovery call.
What do you mean by “practical” tools?
I take the theory that I’ve learned in my clinical psychology and health education, and translate it into easy-to-use ways to care for yourself and your life. This includes things like grounding exercises, personal rituals, gratitude practices, breathing exercises, loving movement, and meditations. Each tool might feel small, but practiced together and with intention, they create a positive snowball effect on your mental health.
How soon can I expect to see results?
Most clients feel significant change by Phase 3. However, it’s important to remember that the goal of this program isn’t instant results, it’s lifelong mental wellness. I strive to ensure you have the tools and resources you need to care for yourself going forward.
What can I expect during our first session?
Before we have our first session, you’ll fill out an intake form and I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and prepared to begin. You can expect guidance, compassion, insight, and reflection. Regardless of what’s going on for you or how you feel about it, all of you is welcome to Flourish.
I just can’t meditate. Can this program still help me?
I hear this a lot! You might find that the meditation practices I offer are different from the ones you’ve tried, or that it’s easier to do with personalized support. But, Flourish offers a variety of tools so that you can find the ones that work for you. Not every technique will be right for you, and that’s okay!
Is this program covered by insurance?
Not currently, but this is something I’m working towards in the future! If you have a health spending account as part of your health benefits, you may be able to use these funds towards the program. I suggest contacting your insurance provider directly as every company and plan varies.
